We also wanted an area to cook under, so in addition to the 24x32 deck Doug made us a 12x12 area to cook under! The footers are unbelievable! He is a man after detail. Before leaving each day the site is picked up. There are No short cuts. The materials are all premium. Oh, forgot to mention- he loves concrete. Our deck and porch will never move!!! And we will be calling for more projects! Matter of fact: we are on the schedule for a new front porch this spring!"

He had to tear down the old wood existing deck completely and built us a beautiful composite deck within our budget. When he finished it we thought it would be nice to rebuild the front steps and match it to the deck and Jeremy was more than willing to come back a day later in the week after he had already spent the day working on someone elses deck build and built the steps to the porch and added railings to match. "We needed a very large stone fireplace removed and then that area merged with 3 small closets to make a bedroom. Mike gave us an estimate up front, not knowing for sure what they would run into. The fireplace was huge (at least 4' x 4') and there were repairs to the foundation that needed to be made, but he managed to keep it within $1000 of the original budget. He also replaced several posts, stairs and railings on our outdoor deck stairs leading from our 2nd floor to our gazebo. That also came in pretty close to budget. He was able to get to the job within about 10 days of when I first called him. The workers were great... here on time every day and respectful of our home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!"
