His building crew always cleaned up their work site daily and ensured their work did not impact our daily routine. Scheduling was also a factor in our decision since we wanted the project done before family was due to visit. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, he was able to schedule a crew within 2 weeks even though there was a lot of rain in the forecast. The old deck was removed and a very sturdy, new deck was built in less than week. The head carpenter, Bobby, does excellent work. The vinyl replacement on front porch railing looks fantastic!
