Minor tweaks to the design were accommodated easily. Actual construction quality was exceptional - way beyond what you encounter from most contractors. His building crew always cleaned up their work site daily and ensured their work did not impact our daily routine. Neighbors are very impressed with deck and sunroom commenting that the fit and finish is very noticeable. Recommend without reservation."

Scheduling was also a factor in our decision since we wanted the project done before family was due to visit. After letting him know we wanted to move forward, he was able to schedule a crew within 2 weeks even though there was a lot of rain in the forecast. The old deck was removed and a very sturdy, new deck was built in less than week. The head carpenter, Bobby, does excellent work. The vinyl replacement on front porch railing looks fantastic! The crew was very timely, diligent and clean-up was great!"

Not only did I get a great looking set of stairs I got a great price and excellent customer service . Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and the work was completed on schedule. Took down blinds and draperies, laid down tarps, moved furniture and bookcases, spackled, puttied, sanded, painted, and put everything back in place before they left each evening for 3 days. They did such a good job, I got them to paint and repair the front porch before they left."
