"Steven and Derik replaced a large existing wood deck with composite lumber. Also added pebbles under deck and replaced lattice around the deck. The work involved a significent challenge in lifting and decking under an existing outdoor kitchen. York River Outdoors did an excellant job. Their craftsmanship was better than most other contractors and their work ethic was outstanding. They maintained excellant communication and completed the job in a fast and efficient manner. They exceeded all expectations and I would recommend them for any outdoor improvement."

"Very professional personnel and this contractor offered a very cost effective, safe deck repair solution vs. a total deck replacement."

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

regarding the different projects .He did an outstanding job with everything. He was very tidy and conscientious. Very reasonable
in his prices. I am now going to contract him to stain and repair my deck and build  wood siding around my chimney, I know it will

"After an initial miscommunication on the date for Jason to come by and look at my house which was quickly resolved, he was on time for the appointment and did an excellent job assessing the current condition of my foundation and how it affected my house.  He recommended not performing any of his services at the time as nothing warranted stabilizing or correcting.  He said he would be happy to come by again in the future to determine if the situation worsened and what he could do to ensure the stability of my foundation.  He also offered to look at the pilings for the deck I was having built to determine if his company could help ensure the stability of my deck.
Overall, I was very pleased with Jason's visit to my house and he is my first choice for any future foundation work.
I contacted 4 companies to assess my foundation, and Jason provided the best response and best service.  I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get an assessment of their foundation.
