"Walter and his son James were a formidable team: courteous, fastidious, and neat! I know how difficult it can be to find trustworthy contractors for any project in the home. We have worked a lot with contractors, in NY (3 Properties) Connecticut, and Florida Walter Montero provided us with our best contractor/builder experience. I endorse him enthusiastically and intend to work with him in the future for several projects.
