"Working with the PLJ crew was an excellent experience from start to finish. My deck came out absolutely beautiful?exactly how I envisioned it. The team was super nice and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. I highly recommend PLJ to anyone looking to turn their project into reality. "Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Diorio Builders did an amazing job for me replacing a 40 year old deck. The workmanship is excellent and the price was reasonable. I'd also like to mention that their work habits are stellar - at the end of each day they did a thorough cleanup with no stray nails left where they would be a hazard to my pets. I would highly recommend them"

"Patrick and Izak did the work needed smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. Very personable, friendly, and professional. I would rate their job a high 10! Also, I would like to mention that the young lady, Yousa, was extremely efficient, very personable, and willing to take the extra step in order to meet my purposes. I also rate her a high 10!"

"These guys did a fantastic job, very professional and clean. They were able to renovate both floors on my two family home within my budget and in a timely fashion. Handled everything from top to bottom, full clean out, gut bathrooms and kitchen, completely transformed the place. Couldn’t be happier with the finish product. Would recommend and hire again!"

Very professional, explained everything in detail, started when they said they would, and finished on time. From the first conversation until the last was no more than 6 weeks."
