"We called for an estimate and they did not show up. They called the next week and wanted to come that day give an estimate. They came, gave us an estimate and did the work the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the lawn and other shrubs and flowers. They also made sure we were happy with each tree before they moved on to the next.
