"Reggie and his crew were very punctual, professional and dependable. There work was neat and considering the task of completing the addition of a ramp and a shed roof over a pre-existing deck that was originally constructed years ago and having nothing truly square or plumb on the original structure, Reggie did an excellent job in making a silk purse out of a son's ear. There were plans other than a conceptual sketch and Reggie was most amenable to design changes and working with me to achieve the best possible outcome. Reggie, and the WE company are on mylist of reliable and competent tradesmen! I have e other projects they are engaged in now."

They replaced rotten support boards under our deck and saved our Trex boards which saved us alot of money . They restained everything to match & hung 2 ceiling fans. They were also very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions. Jake also went above and beyond: we had wood rot on our original deck after only 5 years, and Jake volunteered to figure out who supplied the original wood, went in person to meet with the supplier to understand why it would have rotted, and he sent me a warranty claim form and instructions from the supplier to get a reimbursement for the rotted wood! I’ve never worked with any service provider that’s provided that level of service. I highly recommend ITP Renovations."
