"Renovate decks and install composite deck boards. Install new aluminum railing We hired Nate based on the recommendations on this site. Everything that was said about him was true. He is honest, personable, works hard and communicates very well. If he said he be here at 9 he was usually early. The job encompassed a large deck and about 180 feet of railing. Nate was very meticulous and the job looks great. I plan on using him in the future."

"Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ? "We had an excellent experience with K&W Construction for our deck project. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped us with the design, explained our options clearly, and stayed on schedule throughout the entire process. The workmanship is outstanding—every detail was done with care and precision. The crew kept the job site clean and treated our home with respect. Our new deck is beautiful, solid, and exactly what we wanted. We’ve already received countless compliments on it! If you’re looking for a dependable, skilled construction company for a deck or any outdoor project, we highly recommend K&W Construction. We would absolutely use them again."

"Bob helped me with 2 other projects: He fixed my dishwasher and covered my pool. I rate both jobs a 5"

"Hunter and Jared were amazing. They assembled a dresser and a trundle bed both very heavy. The dresser had a zillion pieces. They worked hard. Were very personable and did a great job. They even cleaned up after and took all the shipping boxes with them. Highly recommend!"

"This pro has done multiple jobs at our place. His work is top notch and he goes above and beyond. We were from out of the area when we first met him. Several others had come in to bid on a large project we had. Better Build ultimately won because of the extensive knowledge demonstrated and comfort level we felt. No regrets. It is a family business and they treat you like family. Very thankful to have come across this pro."

"Josh and his crew were very professional and courteous. They always picked up at the days end and left the work site tidy and clean. Their high level of communication made us feel comfortable and part of the team on the project. They communicated so we knew their daily schedule, the process of each step, progess of work and any ideas to make the projects better. The high quality of work was emphasized on an awesome deck / screened porch ( strong enough to drive a semi on) , a beautiful garage, grading, drains, cement pad and driveways. We would highly recommend their services."
