After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results.
