"they worked efficiently and cleanly. the carpenter was very good and even managed to work around some issues with the old areas meeting up with the new. they even helped us with nailing down a few boards from our steps on the deck at no extra.

the rating would have more A's in it if it were not for the initial delay in getting back to us and the aggressive and difficult to understand phone messages once we posted an unfavorable comment.

their work is good but my advice to them would be to be more friendly and careful on the phone. and to leave clear easy to understand phone messages. the first time they left a message we could not even understand who it was that was calling us."
