"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"He was professional and showed up and the repair on back deck is absolutely fantastic and he stained it. also, did my front porch and stained it and my garage door facing repaired and painted. He cleaned everything up neatly and I highly recommend him and his team. He also did the painting on my white railing front porch. Just an outstanding and reliable and trustworthy guy. "Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

Owner Jeff is the ultimate professional.  Completely knowledgeable, flexible, punctual, patient, while being very personable.
Over the decades here in New Bern, I have interviewed and hired dozens of various contractors.  Most, quite honestly, are not worth the powder to blow away.  Case in point, another outfit gave an estimate for this job.  Verbally, they quoted three times as much as Jeff.  Then they promised a follow-up written estimate.  That was the last we heard from those jokers.
