"Their project manager came out on a Sunday to scope the job and confirm our decking/railing choices. Good thing he did as we made some color changes that worked out for the best. When they began tearing out the old deck they found it wasn't properly installed. They could have completed the job based on the original quote but their advice, and I concurred, was to replace the frame and footings which gave me a completely new deck and attach it to the house (which was not the case with the original deck). I now have a very attractive deck that will last for many years to come. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Carl's professionalism and quality of work. "Eric came to give an estimate for a few small projects related to our deck and fence. After starting the work replacing a few boards, he discovered how bad our deck was (we knew it was very old but didn’t realize how bad it was until the boards were taken up). He gave an estimate to redo the boards and add beams underneath to bring the deck up to code, in addition to the smaller jobs we had requested. He did excellent work, was very professional, and the price he gave us was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend him."
