"The team at Parks construction was amazing! We have a 30 ft. high, 800 square foot deck that required some cross and vertical beams to be replaced due to dry rot. Jessup Parks the owner was on the job every day and tended to the job as if it was his own deck. What I liked best is Jessup did a thorough inspection of the entire deck and informed us of some other trouble spots needing repair but every repair was at a reasonable cost. He is solution-based and provides various options for the repairs. We are very grateful for Jessup and his team to repair our deck and for taking on such a challenging job considering the height involved. We highly recommend Parks Construction."

"Blair did a beautiful job replacing our deck, fencing and building a small shed. He had great communication with us, he worked quickly, efficiently and our place was clean at the end of each day. The result was a beautiful deck that was built to the highest standards. We would highly recommend him"

"Great builder to work with! Smart, accommodating, creative and highly competent. Matt and Jeff did a great job on our deck and replaced a leaking window. We WILL hire them again!"

"Great crew. Very meticulous. They did a terrific job on my 30 year old redwood deck and stairs. Super clean-up. Very considerate crew. I would definitely hire them again."

"Didi was excellent. Reliable, thorough, skilled with a great eye for detail. He did the deck framing and hit-tub surround. Also poured 3 grade beams to support shipping container pool It’s my pleasure to recommend Didi to friends and family"

"Jonathan was a huge help repairing our deck, laying new sub-floor, installing our LVP flooring, and refreshing our beautiful interior wood doors. I will hire him again for future work we need done. He was reliable, respectful, and keept the workplace tidy."

"This was our first experience with hiring a contractor. Derrick was great from the bid process, answering all our questions, even before we hired him. He communicated well, was upfront & honest with what would happen if we made any changes. He was great to work with. As for the quality of work…AMAZING . They replaced a multi-level, 25 year old redwood deck & had some tricky spots to navigate. It turned out beautiful."
