"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. "I looked at several companies over several years for this project. HD Exteriors was responsive. They worked with me to create a design and plan that would work for our area. Other companies provided written information or a quick drawing of the proposed project. HD Exteriors has a computerized program that can visually show the design of the plans. The program provides an opportunity to look at a draft of the completed project. No other company provided the opportunity to see a finished project and then adjust it as needed. HD Exteriors provided a very detailed contract that they reviewed with me prior to the start of the project. They answered questions during the planning process as well as during the construction. HD Exteriors provided one point of contact who managed the different workers including deck construction, carpentry, concrete and patio crews. As with any construction project, there were minor adjustments and details to address as the project progressed. They were able to address my concerns in a timely manner."

Troy and his guys are amazing to work with this was nothing like we was thinking it would be like it. Because it ended up being enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be hiring him again soon and I won't hesitate recommending him to all my family and friends! He is scheduled to come back and stain the fence that he built in the spring."
