"Very accommodating and thorough. Wanted to see how it wintered over before I completed this and the deck looks really good."

"My experience wilth Home Tec was exceptional. George came to my home almost immediately from the initial contact and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and shortly after I received an invoice e-mail that broke down the cost and showed all of the needed materials. The original decking needed was not available, but Ashley came to my home with a choice of other options which I was able to select. Within a day, George and his crew completed the job. I was very satisfied with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Home Tec. Their price was very reasonable and I feel confident that if any issue arose, they would be easy to contact and resolve. Great job."

"The crews are knowledge, polite and work very hard to return your deck to it's original beauty. My 22 yr old deck looks great."

"We absolutely love our new deck! Joe helped us achieve our vision and stay within our budget. Work was completed in time frame promised. We had a birthday party at our house the weekend after our deck was installed and we have so many compliments! We will definitely use Sunny Day Building and Remodeling for our future house projects and recommend to our family and friends."

"Juan remodeled our bathroom including replacing framing under a glass block style window, replaced our tub, installed tile in our shower, recessed our medicine cabinet, and installed a new exhaust fan. Phenomenal work at a fair price! Even offered to repaint the bathroom after at a generous price! Will definitely be working with him in the future!"

"These guys were great. I spoke with Tony for a home painting job. He was very polite, patient, professional and answered alllll my questions, as they arose, in a timely manner. 2 polite young men, Ardit and Ricardo, showed up on the date of the project on time and ready to work. They did a great paint job and the clean up afterwards ð ð was great and left nothing behind. Tip my hat to these guys, I would recommend them and I look forward to working with them for future projects."

"The side of my house had several damaged siding panels from hail over the summer. Santos was able to come out same day and provide a very affordable quote compared to other companies. I found him to be very knowledgeable and understanding of what needed to be done. Since my siding was sun faded he took siding from other less seen parts of the house to make it look the best. I would highly recommend Fast Construction based on quality of work and affordability."
