"I had Bill come out and look at my deck which was around 25 years old. Parts of the deck were rotten to the point that I had almost fallen through a rotten area. Bill took his time and described what he would do, giving me a choice of composit decking or pressure treated material. I had his detailed estimate the same day and we agreed that he would do the work He and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time and had the deck stripped down just after noon. They cleaned up all the boards that they removed and showed me any changed that they would recommend. They started the rebuild that afternoon. The work was finished in the two day period that we had agreed upon. All the building materials and debris were removed and there was no damage to my house or surrounding landscape. Tore up entire deck floor, decking boards and replaced them with 2x6x16' pressure treated, replaced top cap 2x8 all around and rebuilt 8 foot wide steps up to sliding glass doors. Had to reinforce some 2x10 floor joist where carpenter ants destroyed. First class job. Wife loves it. Happy wife, Happy Life!"

Once they removed the existing floor we found termites an unexpected set back but floor joists, subfloor, even our outside wall and seal was damaged.
