"Silva's built a deck for us and did a great job. They provided a very clear estimate with a detailed timeline. The project was finished on time and looks great. "10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"We loved working with Ernest. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner (within minutes of my text). We have 100% exterior siding (no rock or brick. Our house was a big job and Ernestâ s crew had our James Hardy siding completely finished within 2 weeks and they were able to start immediately. The crew worked non-stop except to break for lunch. I have referred a friend to GS exteriors and I will continue to refer people. I am 100% satisfied."

"Decks of Distinction (Matt and Isaac) did a great job building a covered deck for us. I had several quotes, but their approach, commitment and follow up in the process lead to finalizing a contract. With the build, the process was seamless with quick responses. Matt and Isaac worked with the city to get the approved permit and scheduling all inspections. I was impressed with the great follow up during the build. Their staff was professional (Josh and Arthur), worked clean and were diligent in addressing any questions I had. They stayed on track despite the January weather. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this team. Their customer service and the quality of work was great compared to other contractors I've used, the reason I would strongly recommend them. Josh S."

"We had Juan do some pretty extensive deck repair and replace a fluorescent light in our kitchen. Just before he was ready to work on the kitchen light, we changed our mind on what we wanted installed. Juan took all that in stride and we worked out the schedule. And the work on both the deck and the lights look GREAT. We have a couple of other projects in mind and are definitely calling Juan when we are ready to get them done."
