"Evan and his team at Charleston Decks & Porches are nothing short of exceptional. They completed our entire home project — including decking, steps, railings, screens, and painting — with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s rare to find in this industry. What truly sets Evan apart is his proactive communication and responsiveness; it was unlike any contractor we’ve ever worked with. He kept us informed every step of the way and ensured everything was done to perfection. We couldn’t recommend Charleston Decks & Porches more highly. I’d be happy to serve as a reference or show their work upon request."

"John Deaville construction repaired my deck! We replaced pressurized treated wood (that had rotted) with Trex Select. He and his associates did a beautiful job of giving me a new foundation & deck floor. The price was right & the service of repair exceptional. We had to tweak the contract some, he was honest and easy to work with! To say I am pleased is an understatement….I love my new deck!!"

"The owner was very easy to work with. The price was reasonable for the work done. The fence was torn down by the recent hurricane. They replaced it with a much better gate and retaining piece. The workers were prompt, they made sure they greeted me and my spouse. They showed me how everything worked after they were finished. A great experience and pretty fast response after a big storm. Thanks and will hire again in the future."

"Hunter and his team did a fantastic sod transformation of my 700+ square foot area where trees were recently removed and grass would barely grow. Hunter and crew have incredible work ethic, and went above and beyond in surface preparation and attention to detail. The price quote was also very fair…hundreds less than the competition. My go-to from now on."

"My husband and I met with Carson and explained what kind of deck we wanted built on the back of the house. We wanted a deck to cover an old patio and extend from the french doors in the living room to the back door of the house. He had some great suggestions about the layout of the deck and stairs. The deck turned out great and Carson was great to work with during the four days it took to build the deck."

"If there were any issues, Tim made it right. Solid quality of work and fast. Siding looks great."

"Sidney is and his team were awesome. On time and went above and beyond on replacing my decks and fixing some trim on the house. They came in 2K under their competitors. I'll definitely use them again and would recommend them."

"Installed a small, ground level deck which was well constructed. Due to simplicity of project, I feel price was on the very high end. However, they were able to get it done within about three weeks."

"Jeff was able to find a mount for our chandelier from Italy, and he did a fantastic job getting it done."
