"Dakota (Cody) and Steven were the best! Both guys were professional, courteous, and when they asked me how I wanted certain details done, they completed them exactly how I requested. I would highly recommend Cody and Steven as my Rick’s Custom Fencing installers!"

"They came out in the rain, at near flood stages for the Tualatin river. My new ramp was about ready to end up in the river, and my dock was about ready to go down the river after a tree floating in the river hit the dock. They were able to come up with a temporary solution to salvage both the ramp and the dock until this spring when we will look at a permanent solution. They responded in a timely fashion, did what they said they would do, and came back to address some of our concerns at no cost. In addition, there have been follow-up phone calls to make sure things are stable. Good job!"

"Highly recommended. I would hire them again. Douglas is very knowledgeable. He not only did as promised, but added on work without taking advantage. His crew is excellent as well. Not only did the work how and when promised, but also top-notch quality."

"Grady is a perfectionist. He is courteous, always on time, sends a text to let us know when he will arrive and most importantly, he does excellent work to a fault. We will hire Grady for any future work we might need, whether carpentry, tile or just about anything. If you want someone you can trust and has reasonable prices for the work, Grady is your man. We could not have chosen a better person for our project."

"Professional, friendly and quick service. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!"

"Took all my handyman projects, painting, concrete work, deck cleaning and staining and hauling away! Showed up, did the work and we're reasonable!!"

"Had an old deck which they removed totally and built a new one from the ground up. Now we can use the space"

"Elm was amazing to work with, Joe was a great project manager and everything we asked for was provided. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or anything else. Elm is amazing quick and was reliable. Thanks again for the service!"

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."
