"Javier is wonderful to work with. Over the last 5 years, he did many projects for my elderly grandparents in Salinas. When I contact him, he is prompt in every way: He responds to my texts, does the needed work without delay, and bills quickly. He is a nice person, honest, has broad knowledge, does quality work, and is a clear communicator. Javier has made my construction projects feel easy. All my experiences with him feel very positive, leave me with a good feeling, and a good finished project."

"Ted is a real pro. End results of my deck were excellent. Ted brought forth ideas and was super communicative. Ted showed up when he said he would and retuned calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend Ted Kelly."

"He was great! Deck looks awesome!"

"Jose was friendly and professional. My job was not considered large by any means (re-hanging a gate) but he completed it in short order and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated the fact he wanted to insure I was satisfied with the work because he needed to cut an inch off of the gate.....which I was. I would certainly call him again."

"Demo-ed and replaced an exterior deck (approx 350 sq ft). The owner and his crew were simply outstanding in estimating, executing, cleaning-up aspects of this job. One is hard-put to assemble adequate adjectives to describe the quality of his work and the pleasure the whole family has experienced from his exceptional work and attitude. Bravo!"
