"I need decking for a 15 year old 16x24 foot deck replaced. Upon removal of the rotten decking it was discovered that many of the supports were also rotten, Eli was able to replace or repair all the cross beams and supports. He replaced all the decking and lattice work. The deck is now structurally more sound than before and saved me a lot of money instead of building a whole new deck. Electrical work and drywall work was very good, the French doors installation - was not great. The “rough opening” was an inch too wide and an inch too wide. Sure, the door is in the opening, and will not fall out...but the door was on the deck (not 10 feet away), so the had no excuse to miss measure."
