"Rupert and Michael just completed staining and sealing our very complicated deck/pergola project and did a masterful job. Their communication was prompt, every appointment was on time and their knowledge and craftsmanship was evident from start to finish. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and their care in protecting the surrounding detail of our 1906 home. Our finished deck is beautiful!"

"They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

"Javier did a fantastic job with our deck project. We had structural issues with our deck so Javier had to come up with solutions to shore up the foundation before new Trex decking could be laid. The final result was a beautiful deck that exceeded my expectations. Javier was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable in deck construction. He is very communicative, kept me updated on progress. Javier is trustworthy and displayed honesty throughout the process. He finished on time and on budget. I will definitely use him again and would wholeheartedly refer him to others."

"Super happy with our new deck from Bayside Builders Group. From the initial quote down to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally. The builders were fast, respectful of our property, and clearly knew what they were doing. The finished deck looks amazing and feels built to last. Worth every penny."

"So happy to have worked with Doug Hannan for our deck & stairs rebuild. He does amazing work, pays attention to detail, does things the right way, and is an honest guy. I couldn?t recommend him more for any construction/carpentry/rebuild/remodel work. I?ll definitely call him the next time we need some work done."

"So impressed with New Generation. They painted the full exterior of our house and several interior rooms. The quality of work was excellent. They were on-time, and highly efficient. Communication was exemplary from the initial quote, signing the contract, to billing. There is no question we would hire Ivan and his team again. Cannot recommend them highly enough"

"We needed our redwood deck to be repaired. Most other contractors would not do repair only complete rebuild with very high price. Dinh gave very reasonable price and did the great job in timely manner."

"Karol and his crew are very talented, efficient builders. We hired Karol to build a composite deck to compliment the pool we had installed in the back yard. It turned out beautifully. He is a great communicator and listener, prompt and reliable."

"Landscape Solutions is a very professional organization that listens to the needs of the customer, does exacting work, and is very thorough about the job they do. The crew is very friendly, polite, conscientious, and eager to please. My project was more about landscape repair, than design. Other landscapers were not excited about pulling weeds and cutting out weed-infested ground cover. They painstakingly got the weeds out, root and all, and managed to save existing landscaping. They cut back the roots of invasive ivy too. In addition, they built beautiful Trex fencing around my pool pump and air conditioner which made my backyard even more beautiful! Very pleased!"

"I recently had my roof replaced by OT Bay Builders, and I couldn?t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They provided a thorough assessment, offered a fair quote, and completed the project ahead of schedule. The crew was respectful of my property, ensuring a spotless cleanup after the job was done. The new roof looks amazing and has already stood up to heavy rain without any issues. I highly recommend OT Bay Builders for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality roofing services!"
