"they did quality & quick work of a tough job"

"We did not end up hiring him (complications with our realtor) but man is he a great guy and very prompt and well-versed in his field! Came out two days before Christmas despite family being in town and we could not have asked for a better experience. If you need section 1 home fixes, this is the guy for you!!"

"We recently hired The AI Construction for a deck repair and partial replacement project, and the entire experience was outstanding. Angel and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and the new deck looks beautiful, feels incredibly solid, and was completed with great attention to detail. They kept the job site clean, finished on schedule, and made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for a contractor who truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Angel and The AI Construction. We couldn’t be happier with the final result!"

"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."

"It was very good, they did an excellent job"

"The quality of work was excellent & I was pleased to have had such a positive experience!"

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking."

"Oscar was great to work with. Dependable, very pleasant, good communication. Unfortunately, Wayfair sent us the wrong boxes for the furniture and no instructions so I decided to postpone this project until I had time to deal with it."
