Ken was not able to put up new shower curtain bar because the new rod I had wasn't adequate for the job. Ken instructed me on the proper type of towel bar to get. Ken explained the work that had to be done on the deck and said an estimate would be sent to me soon. Ken was pleasant and did good work."
