"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. "For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."

Our house was a big job and Ernestâ s crew had our James Hardy siding completely finished within 2 weeks and they were able to start immediately. The crew worked non-stop except to break for lunch. "Luke, Bryan and Bhakti did an outstanding job for us. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline. We have found our team for all of our Handyman services, for sure."

He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. "Decks of Distinction (Matt and Isaac) did a great job building a covered deck for us. I had several quotes, but their approach, commitment and follow up in the process lead to finalizing a contract. With the build, the process was seamless with quick responses. Matt and Isaac worked with the city to get the approved permit and scheduling all inspections. I was impressed with the great follow up during the build. Their staff was professional (Josh and Arthur), worked clean and were diligent in addressing any questions I had. They stayed on track despite the January weather. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this team.
