"great work for the right price. Really happy with the deck that was built. Awesome experience."

"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "Silva's built a deck for us and did a great job. They provided a very clear estimate with a detailed timeline. The project was finished on time and looks great. We will definitely use them again when the need arises and I strongly recommend them to anyone who may be considering a construction project or renovation of their home."

"10/10 experience! Our sales manager Jaden was extremely helpful, working within our budget and giving us a heads-up on sales to save us money—zero high-pressure tactics. Josh (Construction Manager) and Noe’s crew are unbelievable. They worked incredibly fast and hard, even through heavy rain, with positive attitudes the entire time. Before this, we practically had a river flowing through our yard during heavy rain that was washing out our neighbors' landscaping too. Because it rained during installation, Josh and Noe were able to troubleshoot in real time, installing grading, French drains, and box drains that work flawlessly. They completely solved our severe runoff issues and turned our space into a safe, functional, and stunning backyard for our two young daughters. The full transformation from demo to finish took only 9 days. Highly recommend working with Josh, Noe, and the whole team!"

"We loved working with Ernest. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner (within minutes of my text). We have 100% exterior siding (no rock or brick. Our house was a big job and Ernestâ s crew had our James Hardy siding completely finished within 2 weeks and they were able to start immediately. The crew worked non-stop except to break for lunch. I have referred a friend to GS exteriors and I will continue to refer people. I am 100% satisfied."

"They always kept in touch with me. They were never. They did an excellent job and made the schedule they promised. I thought they were reasonable priced and I would hire them again and recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors."

"Juan was knowledgeable and took care of more than he was originally contracted to do. He explained exactly what repairs needed to be made, was courteous and very dependable. His prices are extremely reasonable and I plan to hire him again for other jobs. I highly recommend him."

"Luke was professional, courteous, on-time, and flexible with scheduling. He mounted and installed two t.v.s along with Sonos sound bars. All work was done without an event. He made sure we were satisfied with the work performed and the set up. His recommendations for equipment were spot on for what we needed. I've already recommended him to other friends."

"I hired Cesar and his team to install a handicap ramp for my husband. He went above and beyond our expectations. He wasn't "pushy", simply asked, "what can I do for you?" He customized a ramp that was perfect for us and his craftsmanship is beautiful. We will most definitely be using Cesar and CMR again for our future handyman needs. For the high quality of the craftsmanship you receive, his pricing is very reasonable. You can trust CMR. Cesar and his team were very professional and left the work area immaculate each day. I would and will recommend them to others."

"We had the soffix repaired on our home. Trey did more than what was required. He worked when it was snowing and very cold. Trey takes pride I wouldn't say work more like craftsmanship. Finished product looks great. So much so that one of our neighbors is thinking about having Trey work on his home."
