"I needed deck repair and new railings. After my first contractor failed to complete the job and essentially ghosted me for more than a month, I hired Phelps Construction to do the work. Alex kept me informed of when work would be done and most importantly, when he said, "The work will be done Friday," the work actually got done that Friday! Highly recommend."
