"What can I say, other than.... David at Home Front is the best!! David recently completed two projects in preparation for a new exterior paint job on my home later this summer. The first project was after an exterior inspection, some window trims and door moldings needed to be replaced before painting. Upon removal, additional work would be necessary to repair some hidden damages, including some siding boards being replaced. David was very helpful explaining the issues, the resolutions, and the steps necessary to make the repairs. He made the necessary repairs promptly, professionally, and the quality of his craftsmanship was evident. Even the neighbors would stop by and comment on his quality workmanship. The second project was concerning the same issues, but on an older deck attached onto the back of the home. There were many scenarios being considered - making the necessary repairs, making the repairs and completely replacing all the wooden boards with composite, or a complete enlargement redesign and rebuild. David was very helpful explaining each scenario and the proposals to accomplish each separate task. With his guidance, the decision was made to replace and to expand the deck space. What a great decision!! Thank you David. David is a true professional and his craftsmanship is truly remarkable. We were very fortunate to have David working for us and looking forward to the possibility of future projects. "We hired RT Total Lawn Care (don’t be fooled by their name, they do much more than lawns) to build a free-standing cedar deck and steps from our RV. They offered a free estimate and arrived soon after we contacted them. There was excellent communication about what we needed, their design suggestions and the price. Within a week of having met, the finished product is a beautifully designed deck that is strong and impeccably constructed. "Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. Very satisfied with the work, the speed & the team."
