"Deane and his team did an outstanding job with installing my deck (12’x24’composite Deck including (2) 3’wide staircases). Deane and his company provided the full customer service from the beginning to the end of the project. During my initial project phase of getting contractor quotes, Deane provided some useful recommendations on the initial deck design layout including the relocation of the hose bib, which if not moved, would have been inaccessible from under the finished deck. My other deck contractor quotes did not include this observation and recommendation. In addition, Deane also recommended finishing the perimeter under the deck by removing the sod and replacing it with a foundation consisting of a weed barrier, crushed gravel and a 4x4 treated timber around the deck perimeter to give it a more finished look under the deck. Once I selected Deane and his company to build the deck, Deane kept me informed along the way with respect to the project schedule. All aspects of the project were handled by Deane including providing the necessary HOA documents and sample decking materials for the approval process, acquiring the necessary county permits and inspections and finally answering all of my questions as the project progressed. The quality and craftmanship of the deck build are outstanding. I would recommend and plan to utilize Deane's company, Berith Builders, for my future home improvement projects."

"After interviewing several companies, I contracted with Pen Win for a new roof. They offered a price match guarantee (although another company's estimate was a little cheaper). The new roof has been installed but there are a couple of issues. (1) The dumpster didn't arrive until the 2nd day (meaning the old shingles and other detritus was dumped on my lawn) and (2) I was promised that my landscaping would be protected with tarps (it wasn't). Even though the worker did his best to clean up, I'm still finding pieces of old shingles and nails in my flower bed and deck. Bottom line, the new roof looks great.
