"Dan did a great job! Was very nice, on time, kept in communication very well. I didn’t have enough wood pieces for my deck and he went to menards to grab the last plank board. I would definitely rehire them for any house job I needed completed! Can’t say enough good things"

"We have used Nichols & Martinez for our house-cleaning needs for two years. They have performed exceptionally...we love how clean and fresh our home is after each visit. Recently, we also hired Nichols & Martinez to power wash our house, front porch, and deck and to wash all our windows, inside and out (and we have a lot of windows). Again, they did a fantastic job. Robert Nichols, the owner, is professional, personable, and trustworthy. We are delighted with his service. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Nichols & Martinez for regular home cleaning or for any of the specialized services they offer."

"My siding and gutters looked like new, when they finished. They offered to come back if the windows spotted. They worked me in on the weekend. Very satisfied."

"Communication was great ever step of the way and they were more than flexible and worked through challenging weather to get the job done within our time frame. Would def consider working with them again."

"Kolbie Holocker and his crew did grading and landscaping work in my backyard after it was torn up from sewer line repairs. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They leveled out the affected area, planted grass seed and put down straw. I was kept informed as to when they could do the work and they actually got to it sooner than I expected. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend the company to family and friends! Very good experience."

"Marcus showed up on time to look at the damage and give me an estimate. He was very professional and performed the work promptly He and his laborer did a great job and cleaned up very well. I will have him put the air conditioner into a side wall in the spring when it's warmer. I am very pleased with his work. He also did a couple of very small jobs for me at no additional cost which I appreciated very much. I am more than happy to give him a great review and to recommend him as a contractor."
