"They were great, highly recommend!"

"We had a great experience working with this contractor. He did an excellent job on both our roof and deck. The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. It looks absolutely beautiful and feels solid and well-built. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to detail throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them."

"Randy and his team did an amazing job on my gutter replacement. I was impressed by the detail that the installers had, the gutters were created on-site using a machine in their vehicle and the company also used a sturdy filtering system on top of the gutters which eliminates the leaves entering the gutters."

"What an amazing job Mike and his crews did for us. He install a gorgeous 10X20 new deck with stair. We were amazed about how professional and knowledgeable Mike is. I would recommend Prime Construction in a blink of an eye to anyone looking to re-do or install a new deck. Thank you Mike."

"The movers were meticulous with our antique furniture. They wrapped and packed everything so well that not a single item was scratched or damaged. Truly a top-tier service. Highly recommend!!"

"Lana Construction is one of the best in the Catskills area. My windows are beautiful. They installed two new round windows and a large window for my recreational room. Their bid was not the lowest, but they were terrific to deal with from the beginning - friendly, accessible, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the overall performance of the windows in terms of feeling solid, and smooth and how well it blocks outdoor noise.
