"We hired Fresh Coat to repair moisture damage to my mother's dining room ceiling. Terry Williams came out and gave my 86-year-old mother a very reasonable quote to repair the damage in the dining room and to primer coat and paint the ceilings in the kitchen, dining room and living room. After talking to my mother, she decided that she wanted the walls and woodwork trim in all three areas painted as well. Mr. Williams came back out to provide an updated quote. The quote was very reasonable. We decided to accept their quote and due to a cancelation is his schedule the job was able to start the very next day. We had Donna and CW as the painters and my mother loved them from the very beginning. Each day they showed up on time with Mr. Williams. They went far and above what was expected. Each day when they finished, they cleaned up their work. Throughout the process Mr. Williams would be there each morning to check on the progress. Mr. Williams never asked for any money until the job was finished. The final bill was exactly the same as the original quote even though they did more work than was in the original quote due to my mother's age. We could not be happier with the final results and would defiantly hire them again. I can't say enough good things about them!"

"Ben also painted my deck. He was meticulous in protecting surrounding structures from any damage or overspray. He was efficient, well organized, and personable. He cleaned up when the job was completed and removed the trash. My deck has been in place for many years and looked terrible. When Ben completed the work the deck took on new life. I am very happy with his work and would use him again."

"I have worked with Tanner from Forge and Frame for a few years. He has helped me with many projects. Deck building, bathroom remodeling, and hardwood flooring are a few. It’s been an pleasure working with him every time and he’s always wonderful about calling me back if he misses a call which I have found to be the most important element in today’s world of no shows and false pretenses of other contractors. He has always been upfront, and honest even if unable to assist on a project and will continue to work on future projects with him."

"J&T pressure washing called me with in an hour of my request. Came out to survey the deck, gave me an estimate and started the work the following week. Owners were hands on the entire project. Staff was extremely competent….polite, professional and did a great job pressure washing, sanding and staining deck. I have already given their business cards to friends. BEST company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The service was good, and the service was well."

"Corner Stone Property Maintenance has taken on 2 projects for me. One is a kitchen project which I have been trying to get someone to undertake for more than 2 years. The other is a deck project which is replacing an old deck. Both projects are underway. The kitchen one is almost finished and the deck one is moving along. Rain has slowed the deck one, and appliance delivery someone slowed the kitchen project. I am very please with the work that has been undertaken. I would definitely recommend this PRO for work in these and other areas."
