"They built our deck one year ago . Since then the top rails and surface boards were splitting and peeling . This company Better Built Sheds didn t have to do anything for us ! But Scott said this Is not the quality of work we do , So at NO CHARGE at all they replaced all the rails and deck flooring and steps . They did an amazing job and we were 100% satisfied!!!!! "It went very well. A prompt call back was made the same day we called it in. We were surprised to find someone willing to come out on Saturday morning. The technician called to ask a few questions concerning our situation so that he could prepared for a certain type of repair job, He was very polite and even assisted us with other questions and concerns. The repair job was very simple and required only tightening of screws in a couple of places however, he did check everything out before leaving."

"Keith and his crew did a great job redoing my 10' x 35' deck. They answered my questions about materials and techniques. The original deck was carpet on plywood boards, which were rotting. I chose to redo the flooring with redwood planks to avoid retaining moisture. Support joists were insulated with waterproofing tape and railing posts were raised on metal brackets, as some post bases were rotting. The planks were painted with a non-slip texture and the railings to match color. They also fixed a rotting section of roof above the deck. Overall they finished in reasonable time and cost."

"This was no small project and this contractor is not typical... a second floor deck around 3 sides of a 6 bedroom house done in a way I could park a car on the deck. Workmanship was 5 star, worked full days, used quality materials and the fit and finish is beyond our expectations. Phil and his crew are AMAZING!! I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. Non better to do business with!"
