"I had a long list of very diverse items that needed to be done before I could rent the home.  Dave was great.  He was able to repair doors, touch up paint, hang a light fixture, repair drywall, repair a chimney crown, power wash the deck and caulk the bathroom vanity.  It is very difficult to find a good handyman who has to knowledge and experience to do a lot of different things.  Most contractors don't want to be bothered with smaller jobs.  I had used Maximus to do a roofing job and some drywall repair so I thought it was worth a call to Eric to see if he had someone on his crew that could do all this miscellaneous stuff and thankfully, he did.  Dave was easy to work with and attentive to detail.  While the price might look high for handyman work, in all fairness to Maximus, it was a list of twenty items that I needed done and Dave was there off and on for a week so I feel that I got a fair price for everything I had done.
I gave Maximus a B on punctuality on this one since they were supposed to start on a Thursday but didn't actually make it until Saturday and they had not let me know they were delayed.  Eric did apologize and he has always been prompt before so I feel this was not the norm for him and I will not hesitate to use him again.

"Significantly more than just a Deck..... A deck, patio, Steps, Stamped Concrete, and Vinyl Fence. Basically an 84ft branch fell from my neighbor's tree and destroyed my entire back yard. The rebuild project was done in stages and from sketches on paper to finishing touches Tyler was incredible. His communication skills and patience was appreciated as this multi-project endeavor was also a huge learning expierence for my wife and I. Absolutely the very best experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish...bar none.  They fully explained exactly waht they would do and how they would do the job and how their processes and materials would allow them to guarntee thei final product for as long as I own the home.  I had to replace exterior doors before they could starty and due to issues with back orders on those doors, etc., Hoosier Permanent Coatings was patient with me until it was time to call in their crew.  While on site, their painting crew told me exactly what they would do each day, they were punctual and efficient and very meticulous in their work and explained what they were doing while they did it and why.  The jod was superbly done with no mess...they even power washed my decks, pations and porches afterwards and did not leave one speck of apint chips on the ground.  They are the only painting company I would ever use again (in case I ever move) and I would highly recommend them to anyone."
