"Knowledgeable team, quality product, attention to detail, FANTASTIC! After evaluating six bids, we decided to hire Three 60 to replace our two-story wraparound deck and porch. Upon meeting Tana, we were impressed by her friendliness, attentiveness, and knowledge, which solidified our choice. Tana provided valuable suggestions for cost-saving measures and enhancing the space's aesthetics. The crew's professionalism was exceptional, with every member exhibiting top-notch service during the demolition and rebuild. They were respectful of our property, addressing concerns promptly and leaving a clean space upon completion. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the streamlined process. I highly recommend Three 60 Decks for their superior service and quality product. We love our TREX deck."

"I hired John and his son Nathaniel to replace my old rotting cedar deck with a new deck made with IPE. Deck looks beautiful and I am very happy with the job they did. John and Nathaniel work hard and are master craftsmen. Highly recommend them if you are considering a deck project"

"Easy to work with and our deck looks beautiful."

"I am glad I went with Paul, a very quiet person who undersells his ability. Everything went as planned and we now have a great two level TimberTech Advanced PVC deck! Highly recommend Paul and Sokol Construction. Thanks Paul, for a great deck completed on time."

"My first time working with Near Me Roofing Company and his team but it will not be the last. I have several rental homes and price but more importantly quality work is very important for my investments. From my first interaction the team did a great job estimating and replacing a roof that had major storm damage from a tree falling on it. They replaced the entire roof materials as well as repaired a bunch of the roof decking. Everything was done quickly, with great quality and even the clean up of all of the old materials was spotless. Easy breezy for sure!"

"First, I had them deep clean my flagstone patio, using their super-powered hot-water pressure washer, using a bleach solution. Absolutely incredible result, getting out stains no one else I hired had been able to get out with normal cold water pressure. The results were so good, I had the wash the entire house and gutters using that same setup. The light-colored trim and gutters just glowed! With two great results, I had them do an even trickier job: refinish my hardwood porch/deck. This involved careful sanding and bleaching of the wood, ridding it of the terrible job the last guys did, and then precisely oil-staining the tigerwood decking - a much more difficuly job than cedar staining, as hardwood does not absorb excess stain. It must be carefully brushed out to eliminate pooling. The result was absolutely spectacular! The decking looks like hardwood flooring - exactlythe effect we wanted when we installed it but had been unable to achieve with other contractors. Weâ ve had neighbors stop by and ask about it already. Travis knows his stuff and is a meticulous, scrupulous craftsman. You can count on him to do the job right and at a very fair price. I will definitely use Upright Exterior Services next time, and will recommend them to anyone who asks."

"Our first experience was Amazing! We had a lot of work that needed to be done for a re-finance. Our deck looked Brand New when they where done, the whole property looked better than it ever had. They did a wonderful job on everything we asked them to do. Then we had them clean the interior of the house, and they did such a good job we hired them to do regular house clean up.  We continue to do business with them, they have always been fair, punctual, thorough."
