He communicated rather late in the day that he could not make it to the home on the planned date. Overall, the work was completed and he was knowledgeable but there was some lack of communication between him and his workers - creating a need for us as customers to follow up to ensure everything was completed. Unfortunately the crew did not cover below our deck and we've come to realize stain leaked on to our ac unit, patio and children's toys under the deck and several screws were left in our potted plants. We are happy with the deck itself but getting to the final project took much longer than was estimated when we signed the contract and we were not impressed by his customer service and communication."
