"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. "Overall, they did a nice job of a tile-surround for our fireplace. The pattern required a nice level of competence and we are pleased with the results. The only down side to this company is the repeated failure to communicate with us when they said they would. "We'll get that to you today" became something we got four days later, and twice they failed to call us when they said they would. I recommend using them - but, you'll need to follow up constantly!"
