"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"We have two homes in Dublin that Joy has cleaned and help decorate for years. I would recommend her company to anyone. She is honest and cleans better than any service we had tried in the past."

"Excellent - I ended up hiring someone to help with shopping and finishing piece - waste of time and money. Jill's service was by far the most useful and best value in my decorating process.

"The entire experience was personal and professional from start to finish. They were also the lowest quote among 4.
The crew was personal, professional, and prompt. They wrapped mirrors, pictures, and glass shelves without a hitch. Nothing lost, scratched, or dented. Really wonderful.

"Greystone Interiors was a pleasure to work with from day one. Pat came out to meet us to give us an estimate. She was prompt and courteous. We decided to work with Greystone because of their responsiveness and the fact that they help you as much as you need in the design and decision making process. We had met with other contractors before that basically just tell you to go to the store and pick out what you want without any help or guidance.
We met with Pat at their showroom to select the cabinets and she met us at other stores before construction began to select the granite, backsplash, etc. She was very helpful by guiding without being pushy about her opinions.
When the work began, the other owner Dale was on-site everyday of the construction until the job was almost completed. All of the workers that came were courteous and trust-worthy and very respectful of our living space. We were amazed at how quickly the job was progressing along the way. We also were amazed at how well they cleaned up everyday after the day's work was completed.
At the end of the project, there were just a couple of small things that we asked to be touched up/repaired and they came promptly without question to complete the tasks.
We love how beautifully the kitchen turned out and we are super happy with the overall experience, which you don't often hear when people are doing a kitchen remodel.
We definitely would call on Greystone again for any future home remodeling needs and we definitely would recommend them to our friends and family.

"It went very well. They trimmed my hedge according to my specifications. They were very efficient, and they cleaned everything up nicely. They also arrived when they said they would, and they called ahead when they said that they would. They were friendly and polite, and I would hire them again."

Start by defining your goals and budget. Collect photos of rooms you love, jot down must-have features, and list what isn’t working in your current space. Share these details—and your target budget—during the first meeting. The clearer you are, the quicker a designer can translate your vision into a workable plan and keep costs in check.
Yes, working with an interior designer can help you save money. Designers prevent costly missteps, secure trade discounts on furniture and finishes, and coordinate the project so you don’t pay twice for the same work. Their upfront fee often pays for itself in avoided change orders, tighter timelines, and materials purchased at below-retail pricing.
A full interior design project wraps up in two to three months, on average, while a decorating job takes four to eight weeks. Timelines stretch if you add structural changes, custom millwork, or specialty materials, and unexpected shipping or permit delays can tack on extra days. Talk with your designer about project milestones and build in a little wiggle room.
Interview at least three pros whose portfolios match your style. Review their credentials and ask for references. During a face-to-face or virtual meeting, discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and make sure their communication style and fee structure feel comfortable. The right designer combines technical know-how with a creative approach that clicks with you.
