We do offer installation or we will work with your contractor if you already have one. We have been in business for over 40 years and we have products that fit all budgets. We provide client references upon request. We suggest making an appointment so we can make sure to serve you better because we are in and out of the showroom on jobsites and meeting with vendors or contractors for projects in process. "Mac did an outstanding job replacing our poured concrete sidewalk. He was able to do the work quickly, on budget and the result was outstanding! Mac was great to work with...no problems communicating with him. We wanted to make sure our project was done with minimal impact to our yard and Mac did a great job in that regard. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
