Jose took over the jobs and all the permits when no one else would and helped until I got the certificate of occupancy on two substantial deck/remodel projects. Since then he has helped me with many issues from drainage to waterproofing, indoor repairs and remodeling and so many various things on my rental property too numerous to mention.
