"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just water damage recovery. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"They were very professional, immediate response to any needs or questions.. Great customer service."

"Awesome company with super elaborate explanation of the loss process and insurance process. They handle all from start to finish. Fast response and onsite time. Document everything from start to finish. Clean work, clean looking crew. Very professional and even though a time of stress they make the issue less stressful with their actions and how they address the loss, personal belongings, just everything. Definitely call these guys for any disaster. You won't be disappointed."

"Job went great, needed a couple of things done (handyman + plumber) and multiple visits to my house. Henry made sure to confirm the appointment time the day before and the day of. He had to bring in a partner and made sure the jobs were completed appropriately."

"They created a peace mind for me in a crisis situation."

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"Brian showed up on time, was very friendly, and did an excellent job was a reasonable price. I will definitely use and recommend Triple B Carpet Cleaning in future. Thank you!"
