"As soon as power returned to my condo building following Hurricane Irma I hired a Florida state licensed mold assessor whose detailed documented reports included a prescribed protocol for mold remediation. Our initial phone contact was almost unbelievably promising, and I had him inspect all three of my condos, hiring him immediately. Alfredo P. personally introduced me to the project manager for each job, who supervised the work of the technicians, all of whom performed with the same remarkable courtesy, punctuality and efficiency. The bill for the mold remediation was sent directly to my property insurance company, so I was spared that advance stress and expense.
