"We hired Ovation Restoration for a major home remodel, including adding a bathroom to the main floor, renovating three bathrooms, and installing a picture window in the family room. From start to finish, Ovation exceeded expectations with a clear, well-thought-out proposal, reasonable costs, and exceptional quality. The team, led by Juan and Chad, was professional, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Jessica ensured flawless material selection, ordering, and delivery with superb planning. Rick, the owner, provided excellent communication, accessibility, accountability, and flexibility, which made the process stress-free. The results were stunning and beyond our expectations. We’ve already recommended Ovation to friends—one has even signed a contract! We highly recommend Rick and the Ovation team for any remodeling project."

"Forrest and Clay (his son) were great. They not only did quality work, but they work with you to be sure you get exactly what you want. I'd recommend "Forrest Built" to anyone wanting a deck, though I'm sure they will do well in any home project with their attitude and expertise."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"We had bats that very rousting in our gas fireplace flue and attic. Western Bat quickly remedied the situation by bat proving our home and removed the bats from our fireplace."

"Fair price, courteous service and finished early."

"Had a plumbing issue that was repaired. However, with that issue came water and drywall damage, all serv Pro service techs did their perspective Jobs above and beyond! The first visit, to assess the services needed, the owner of this Serv Pro (Mr. Troy Voss) came to our home, with his employee to introduce himself and make sure we were given all the pertinent information needed to move forward and he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns up front without hesitation. The final invoice matched the original estimate, the only added fee was for paying on-line with a credit card, this is standard these days per my experience and the fee wasn't above 3% of the total estimate. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again myself, if the need ever arises! Excellent service and Serv pro even recommended a local dry wall company to replace the damaged drywall to its previous condition. E. Kidwell"
