"We had a situation in our basement where I left the laundry room sink running and the water overflowed into the finished part of the basement.  The carpet was completely soaked, and water everywhere.  Allstate recommended GCPro as a company to use for the mediation.  David Weinheimer was the project manager that came to our house today to provide an estimate, and he was great.  On time.  Very courteous and extremely knowledgable.  He very calmly talked me through the whole process, answering questions and really showing tremendous knowledge about all areas we discussed.  In the end, it is a fairly small job (thank goodness).  I did want to leave a review because I received excellent service from David today.  Hopefully we won't have issues in the future, but if we did - I would feel 100% confident calling GCPro.
