"I d give 1st Rate Construction and Environmental Services a 6 star rating if it allowed me to do so! I discovered a major mold issue in my crawlspace. After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. The other reviews are spot on, not some paid-for reviews. He earned his 5 stars. I cannot day enough good things about him. I definitely recommend him without hesitation!"

"On time. Very professional. Great workmanship. Excellent customer service."

"After further review of my problem, I did not need to hire Homestar at this time. However, I received some of the BEST customer service anywhere. They gave me their time and professional advice in helping to identify what was needed to solve my problem. Both Jeremy York, Pres. and Bryan King, VP were extremely helpful in my time of need. I highly recommend Homestar for any of your restoration or new construction needs. I'm sure I'll be calling them again in the near future! John Bond - Sugar Creek Landing"

"Viktor did a great job, was knowledgable and professional all the way through"

"You guy’s provide a great service, was prompt and priced fairly. The gentleman that came out to my residence was very polite, I would recommend you guy’s to family and friends for future service."

"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."

"Eamon was a real professional to work with. In the initial interview I was somewhat taken back about his age. But I came to realize very fast that he was a seasoned pro. He did everything he said he was going to do, at the right time, on schedule, and as the quote was outlined. There was a minor hiccup, not much to say about, but other than that I would recommend this firm to anyone with a mold problem, and or water damage."

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"

"Highly recommend. Floodmasters (shout out to Q, Melissa and Elizabeth) quickly responded to our need for water damage mitigation. They are providing responsive, professional service."

"Excellent service, came on time, carpet looked brand new after service, and the smell was fresh. I have pets and they informed me that stains are hard to come out, however, I did not notice not one stain since service and its has been about two weeks since they were here. Highly recommend their service!"
