In the beginning I was very confused as to what my actions would be and I was also having a difficult time with my insurance company covering all the damages to my property. The bricks weren’t sealed properly, my windows weren’t caulked properly, I didn’t have a vapor barrier on my exterior walls and etc. This company took their time to go over the issues with my residence prior to starting the repairs in order to make me comfortable with the entire process. I was also impressed with how many different services they were able to complete, basically they are a one stop shop. They fixed my roof and warranted it for 10 years, they waterproofed my bricks, they re-caulked and fixed all the windows, they performed water restoration services and completed the interior repairs. I was extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship and the timeliness of their services. They are a fully licensed general contractor with the city of Chicago. Their prices are very reasonable when it comes to remodeling and they also deal with the insurance company in order to ensure that you will receive full payment if you have fire, water, or wind damage."
