"The company was difficult to get hold off and get a return phone call from for scheduling.  He finally showed up, on a Sunday I believe, and he was pleasant enough.  However, he was only here for an hour and  the carpets were only a little cleaner when he left than when he got here.  He was unable to remove any of the spots I was specifically interested in.  He also continuously tried to sell me on additional services, but every Angie's list deal I've bought has been the same way.  Do the minimum and try to sell upgrades.
In this case I finally called Stanley Steemer and they were able to remove the spots and the carpets looked much better after they were done.

"Dave and his team were extremely professional. He was helpful and communicative and was able to fit me into his schedule on fairly short notice.  The basement was mostly empty but they took great care in covering the washer and dryer, oil tank, and furnace prior to spraying. They pulled each and every nail from the floor joists (there had been an improperly installed tile ceiling in the past which caused the mold issue) to prevent the sealant from dripping on the floor as it dried. They also took down some sheet rock that had been left hanging by the previous owner. I could not be more happy with the cleanliness of the job and they definintely left the basement cleaner than they found it. They provided written documentation that the job was performed to EPA standards and guaranteed for two years. I would highly recommend Dave and PuroClean to anyone who needed mold remediation or disaster restoration services.

"It went great ! Mike and his crew came in and determined that the mold was being caused by a non functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom. They hung plastic and even used a machine to keep dust and spores from finding their way into other areas of the house. All of the moldy sheet rock was removed and the wood behind the sheet rock was treated and sealed due to mold being found there as well. Since they are a full service company, they put up new sheet rock and installed a new fan. We've been mold free ever since! Its a big relief and one less worry! Would recommend them to anyone."
