"On 3/10/26 our community was struck by a tornado. We called Flawless restoration that night and by 9:00am the next morning (3/11/26) they had a crew at our home. They were professional and did a GREAT job. At a time when they could have price gouged us, they did not. Their price was very reasonable. we highly recommend them."

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Emmet and Jay for water damage repairs at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and highly competent. They thoroughly assessed the damage, clearly explained the necessary repairs, and provided a detailed timeline and cost estimate. Their work was meticulous and efficient. They managed to restore the affected areas to their original condition, if not better! Throughout the process, Emmet and Jay were communicative, answering all my questions and keeping me informed about their progress. They went above and beyond to ensure minimal disruption to our daily routine. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They ensured everything was thoroughly dried and treated to prevent mold, and they finished by cleaning up the site better than they found it. I highly recommend Restoration1 of NW Indiana for anyone needing expert water damage repair. Their professionalism and outstanding workmanship have truly made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you, Emmet and Jay, for your exceptional service!"

"I hired Oscar with Dynamic Mold & Water Solutions after we had a fire in our home caused by the stove. The fire department came out, and afterward I found Oscar through Google. He responded quickly, came out to secure the property, boarded up the damaged areas, and tarped the roof where needed. Oscar and his team also handled the fire damage restoration and are able to take care of the rebuild process as well. He was very professional, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and helped deal directly with our insurance company, which made everything much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Oscar and Dynamic Mold & Water Solutions to anyone dealing with fire, water, or property damage. Very professional and dependable."

"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"
