"Great service. Very fast and professional"

"I had large water damage in my finished basement. One side of our basement was a game room and the other side was storage room. All was carpeted and was packed with stuffed. The water was running for at least running for more than 24 hours until I noticed it. It was a disaster. I went to the internet on a Sunday and typed in WATER DAMAGE. Within one hour I got call from Noah from SERVMATE. He ordered a POD to remove the content from my basement, we ended getting another POD because we had so much stuff. His team removed the carpet and the water stained dry wall and set up drying units to complete the drying process. I was so happy with the speed of his teamâ  s response. They saved us more damage with their quick response. Thank you, Noah and SERVMATE"

"First time homeowner and first time experiencing water damage. I had no idea where to start. But John made everything easy for me. He worked closely with my insurance and made sure I got covered for all the repairs. He is very honest and straightforward and he explains everything to me patiently. He's the only person I need to contact the whole time and he got everything done. Minimal work on my part. In the midst of repair my furnace suddenly stopped working for no reason and it was still 30F outside, John cancel his other appointment to come down and fix it. Definitely recommend to everyone"

"They are great and gave a professional service no problems and we are very happy with water removal"

"I really cannot recommend ATG highly enough. We recently purchased a home and the basement & attic were absolutely covered with mold. Eric & his team did an absolutely phenomenal job. Not only did they get rid of the mold, but they cleaned & painted the entire basement with silver infused paint (the paint is stirred up with ultraviolet light and it disinfects the rooms), left us a humidity gauge to monitor humidity levels, ordered us black lights and had them send to our house, gave us advice on which dehumidifier to purchase, and even put concrete around the outside of our house to prevent leaking in the basement. On top of all that, Eric's customer service is 2nd to none. He was punctual, texted and emailed us photos and updates at the end of every day, and even brought packages in for us that were delivered. Extremely professional and kind. Our basement & attic are transformed, and we could not be happier with the results. ATG Mold was worth every penny!"

"Great experience and quality with a basement concrete repair! Highly responsive and great team to do business with."

"Emergency Service Restoration is Top Flight. Jeff and his team did a great job very quickly. They are 100% dependable and we on the job fast and on time thought out the project. They take care of walking you thru the process with all the adjusters and insurance companies. The customer service is outstanding. We had a pipe leak into multiple rooms starting in the Kitchen. The guys knocked this job out very quickly and allowed us to maintain our daily schedules. I give them my highest recommendation."

"We had our "old school guy" Jack Fuze back to install salvaged hardwood in our hallway. He communicates well and explains what he intends to accomplish each day. He uses a dustless sander which cuts down drastically on the amount of cleanup. Jack did another excellent job and we are extremely pleased with his expertise and craftsmanship."
