"I am very pleased with the work that Servpro provided. Patrick and Chris came out for an initial inspection and were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. They completed a thorough investigation for mold and moisture, going under the home, where they identified the mold. They were able to come out quickly after we accepted the quote and were very flexible around my schedule. After they completed the job, they provided a full report that included additional findings about what could have led to the moisture and mold problem, and recommendations for preventative measures. They brought a hydroxyl machine and left it in my home to ensure the air was clear from any lingering smells upon my return, which provided great peace of mind in keeping my family safe. Patrick checked in the next day to ask if there had been any chemical smells, which there were not. "Had a plumbing issue that was repaired. However, with that issue came water and drywall damage, all serv Pro service techs did their perspective Jobs above and beyond! The first visit, to assess the services needed, the owner of this Serv Pro (Mr. Troy Voss) came to our home, with his employee to introduce himself and make sure we were given all the pertinent information needed to move forward and he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns up front without hesitation. The final invoice matched the original estimate, the only added fee was for paying on-line with a credit card, this is standard these days per my experience and the fee wasn't above 3% of the total estimate. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again myself, if the need ever arises!
