"Excellent service Patrick and his team responded quick and the job was finished and my house put back together in no time."

"Quick effective and right to handling the job at hand. Clean up was exactly what I expected and the cost although was a costly repair I think was fair for the amount of work that was performed. I hope I don't need them but I know who to call if I do."

"Jimmie came right over to assess our crawl space issues. He explained, step by step, what needed to be done and answered all our questions. His quote was very reasonable and we felt his company was the best for the job. He and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. The crawl space is now up to code with the correct R-value insulation and vapor barrier. Very pleased. We will certainly recommend J&L Home Improvements and Mitigation Services to others!"

"We had a water leak in a skylight and it caused water damage in the ceiling and adjacent walls. OCI Restoration was incredibly effective. They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. Their team was courteous, polite, and very responsive to our needs. They were able to settle everything with our insurance adjuster and made what could have been a difficult situation, very easy for me and my family. We will always be grateful to OCI."

"Customer service was great. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied. Our roof looks great!"

"Super fast response. Next day service. Very pleased"

"They did an amazing job and would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable"

"A water pipe burst and flooded my entire downstairs overnight. C and Z came in with multiple fans, dryers, and dehumidifying equipment to dry out the floors and walls. They then fumigated the area to prevent mold and mildew. They also cleaned and or replaced the air ducts in my crawl space under the house. Corey was very professional and respectful. He kept me informed with status update reports as work progressed. I would definitely recommend C and Z for your emergency service or mold removal/prevention related projects."
